Altis has just submitted a DA for the exciting 'Sapphire of Eden' project. The design includes a five-star hotel, apartments, function and wedding centre, restaurants, bars and wellness centre. The scheme aims to enhance the Eden area as a major regional center in NSW. We look forward to developing the design further, creating an Architectural statement and lifestyle destination in the region.
"Important tourist infrastructure like the Sapphire Hotel at Eden and the new cruise terminal will set the shire on a rapid growth path, with workers and tourists moving into or visiting the area as it has excellent access to the ski fields, Canberra and the Victorian coast."
