Altis has summitted the site compatibility for this seniors living opportunity. The proposal consists seniors living and a full club refurbishment and shared community facilities. This ambitious scheme is set to reposition the Club into the future. The design establishes clean and dynamic architectural forms that will exist within a landscape setting and become an extension of the golf course. The design draws inspiration from local contemporary architecture and references the heritage architectural period of the historical bowling club through simplistic forms
and design proportions. The building facades consist of a combination of textured materials and screening elements expressed through a colour palette influenced by local natural materials and tones offering a fresh and contemporary aesthetic. -
