The Langlee, Waverley Greens, has been completed. Altis Architecture was awarded for this exciting project with their innovative design to transform the Waverly Bowling Club into a mixed-use community hub. The transformation includes a brand-new Clubhouse with two new bowling greens and 55 expertly considered seniors living apartments. Complimenting these, is a luxury wellness centre with a 20-metre indoor lap pool, treatment and steam rooms along with a gym and a yoga space, cafe and rooftop sky garden.
